Q: Who can use your service? A: Anyone calling from inside the UK can use our cheap overseas phone call service - our access numbers are not accessible from overseas.

Q: How do you bill me for the international calls I make? A: Your normal phone provider will charge you. You will not receive a bill directly from us. If you are a BT customer then BT will charge you our advertised pence per minute - mobile and other providers charges for calling our access numbers may vary, and we recommend that you check with your provider before using our service.

Q: Do I need to register or make any prepayments before I can use your service? A: No, No, and No! All you need to do is dial the Cherry Call access number to start saving. There are no accounts to set up, or any need to make a prepayment. Q: Am I charged a connection fee as well as a pence per minute? A: We do not impose a connection fee to connect to our access numbers, however if you're usual call provider charges you a minimum call set-up fee then that will apply as normal.
